How to change fonts and sizes globally?

Thank you for the excellent code.

I am a newbie to code and Jekyll.

I would like to change fonts and sizes globally. After googling, I found everybody says to touch file(s) in the "_sass" folder but I can't see the folder in your code.

Which file can I touch for the purpose?
