Instructions for exploring Aeris Weather API need to be updated

The Weather API Endpoints webpage for AerisWeather now further classifies the endpoints into categories such as FEATURED, MOST POPULAR, SEVERE, etc, with MOST POPULAR being the default selection.

The observations endpoint can be found by clicking the ALL option (marked by the arrow) and scrolling through the list.
