Battery status not accurate, notification not show on do-not-disturb mode even turn on windows setup

1. The battery status with rechargeable cylindrical batteries are quite not accurate. Maybe add notifications when lower than 30 % or even 40 %? Might be a good idea to have customizable low percentage.
2. Even on windows setup I have turned on the notification of this plugin even when the system is on do-not-disturb mode, somehow the notification won't show up. Would like to have notification to show up on do-not-disturb mode.

Custom notification percentages is something I have already planned.
As for notifications in dnd mode I will look into it but there is probably not much I can do. All of that is handled by windows. The app just sends out the notification.

I really need this feature; I use BPI NiMH rechargeable batteries, and there is a high probability that the device will simply shut down due to power loss when the display shows 20% battery remaining.
