Feature Request: Add metadata jsonb field.

Hi, what do you think about adding metadata columns to the fun_with_flags_toggles database table?
Alternatively, we could create a separate table to serve as an audit trail, recording the history of changes. For instance, it could store information about who created each feature flag and who enabled or disabled it.

Hey there, thank you for using the library and suggesting the feature.

An audit log is something I've been thinking about on and off. At the moment it would be limited though, because flags don't require any kind of user/principal identity to be provided when creating and updating them. So it would be limited to timestamps unless I set up a different system to manage contextual metadata for all FWF operations. The challenge with that is that metadata can be faked.

A good first step would be to add timestamp columns to the gates table.

1. Sure, timestamps might be a great step.
2. We can implement an audit log with an optional user_id. Even without a user_id or name, it might still be beneficial to have a history.
