Add a jetton balance tracker ("lost & found")

In case the user lost address for a jetton he minted

— using an indexed api (for example with tonApi jetton/getBalances)
— scanning the chain for TXNs containing the mint operation

challenges are:

• dealing with older TXNs (if they were archived, that is)
• distinguishing jettons which the user only holds compares to a minter created by him
