Running the latest TestTonlibJson.testTonlibRunMethodActiveElectionId test case results in the following error. It appears that the JNI version is incompatible with the released tonlib version.

Hi, there might be an issue in preparing the shared library on MacOS. There is no remedy for now.
I am already working on improving TON MacOS portable shared libraries.

This is a different issue (is_locked), though a fatal error should not happen.
This happens when you try to use several Tonlib instances with the same keystorePath().
Tonlib is thread-safe, you can use one instance in multiple threads.

I cannot reproduce your problem on my Mac 15 arm64 M4. Try to take the latest tonlib from ton-blockchain repo:

    BlockIdExt fullblock = tonlib.getLast().getLast();
