Description:

When changing resolution on the monitor. oxwm spawn the window from in the "correct" areas for the updated resolution. Similarly, the old windows also do are not updated to be at the "correct" area.

How to reproduce

1. Launch oxwm
2. spawn some windows, using xrandr
3. change screen resolution (see old windows not placed in correct area)
4. spawn some more windows (see new windows are spawned in the correct area f the old resolution)

Extra notes

I switch my screen resolution between 4k and 1080 several times a day. Might be an unusual use case, but some new gaming monitors have modes that's half resolution double refresh rate, so maybe not so unusual after all.
