What It Is

A skill that knows its own activation surface. It can:

  1. Inventory — enumerate every skill, MCP, API, connector, and marketplace available
  2. Route — given an intent, activate the right combination of tools
  3. Compose — chain skills together (e.g., data:explore → data:visualize → pptx → deploy_to_vercel)
  4. Teach — help other agents (Grok, Gemini) understand what's available and how to invoke it
  5. Extend — use skill-creator + create-cowork-plugin to build new capabilities on demand

The /activate Command

When the user says /activate [intent], the skill:

1. Parses the intent into capability requirements
2. Searches the activation map for matching skills, MCPs, and tools
3. Proposes a composition chain
4. Executes the chain with WAVE scoring at each transition
5. Reports results with ATOM trail entry

Example:
  /activate "research competitor landscape and build a battlecard"
  → sales:competitive-intelligence + marketing:competitive-analysis + create-an-asset
  → WAVE score each output → compose into HTML artifact → ATOM trail logged

The /pop Command (Plugin Orchestration Protocol)

When the user says /pop [pipeline-name], the skill:

1. Connects to Obsidian via ws://127.0.0.1:8088
2. Sends GET_PLUGIN_MANIFEST to discover available plugins
3. Executes the named pipeline as an EXECUTE_PIPELINE sequence
4. Streams STEP_COMPLETE events to the TUI
5. Checks COHERENCE_REPORT after each step (abort if <0.85)
6. Returns final artifacts

  1. Rust TUI crate — The main.rs you wrote needs to live in Reson8-Labs/crates/tui/. Create the Cargo workspace. Add websocket_bridge.rs to crates/core/. Wire the channel so COHERENCE_REPORT messages from port 8088 update the TUI gauges in real-time.
  2. X API integration — The ATOM-AUTH flow for X Creator Monetization. Use the grok connector in coherence-mcp (grok_generate, grok_check_coherence, grok_list_models, grok_translate) to verify content coherence before posting.
  3. POP Obsidian Plugin — Write the TypeScript Obsidian plugin stub that connects to ws://127.0.0.1:8088, exposes the plugin manifest, and handles EXECUTE_PIPELINE commands. This is the other end of the Rust bridge.
  4. Hardware Monitoring — PCH 1232 vibration → Modbus RTU → sensor crate → TUI sparkline. The Forge needs to report its own coherence.
