Bot to toot out server health status #6
Description
I've been doing this manually for awhile with the #TootCafeServerHealth tag, but it'd be neat to have a bot to do it automatically. Ideally it'd be unlisted to avoid spam; at least that's what in our guidelines. Would probably toot every 4 hours or so I imagine.
