Calculate file hash

Calculate the files hash, e.g. http://trac.opensubtitles.org/projects/opensubtitles/wiki/HashSourceCodes.

This can be very handy for the user of heimdall as it could use it as a potential ID of the file (if the file is moved or just a duplicate).
