add / delete profiles

The button for adding a new Profile is hardly visible.

Deleting Profiles: I had duplicate profiles. Deleting one also deleted the dupicated.

There are still relations to a profile, after it was deleted.
Click it and the deletes Profile opens. It is not visible in the Profile List anymore.

Expectation: I can't open the deleted Profile anymore.

-> relations to the removed profile should also be removed. the profile will technically still be there
