Features request: more formatting and styling

Thank you for your work. This is probably the most beautiful table block for Wagtail that I have seen.

I would like to ask you to add the following functionality:

1. Text formatting: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, superscript, subscript, color.
2. Changing the style of the entire table: width (% and px), border style.
3. Changing cell sizes (width and height, including using the mouse).

For my use cases, just basic inline text formatting would be really helpful. I think that’s as simple as adding to the toolbar and valid_elements variables:

…but not sure if there are other complexities that would introduce.

It might be nice if these were exposed the same as (or similar to) Wagtail’s built-in rich text, for example:

…but they could all be kwargs, or there could just be an allow_inline_formatting=True kwarg, too. 🤷

@Mr0grog that should be mostly it. We do want to have an internal list of possible attributes to allow, to be safe. Note that this also would need to tackle attributes (e.g. a[href|id|class|target|rel]).
