Tortoise Admin Panel #1998

Hello Tortoise team,
I’d like to propose adding a short “Admin UI” entry in the docs that links to Tortoise Admin Panel - a FastAPI-based admin interface for Tortoise ORM. The project is already highly usable and will reach full release by the end of this year.
Why this helps Tortoise users:
- Immediate admin UI to browse/manage models - great for onboarding and internal tools.
- Works with existing Tortoise models; minimal coupling beyond FastAPI.
- Actively maintained and documented; stable enough for pilots and production.
If you’re open to it, later I can submit a PR adding an “Ecosystem → Admin UIs” subsection with a one-paragraph description and a link to the repo.
