get cell value from google sheets to use in selenium IDE test

I don't know if you can help or if this tool will help me, but I'm trying to use Selenium IDE to accomplish a test in Chrome that submits a form.

I need to know how to tell Selenium IDE to get a value from a google sheet, and populate the form. I can do this manually, but I'm looking for a command that will iterate through the rows and submit a form for each entry. Can you let me know if you have any advice or tips?

I could download the sheet as a CSV if that makes a difference.
