Discrepancy between GitHub TGE supply data (13.4%) and launch visuals (~20%): Clarification request

Hey Towns team,

Thanks for all the work you've put into the launch! 🎉

While reviewing the circulating supply chart on GitHub, we noticed that the TGE circulating supply is stated as 13.40% of the genesis supply.

However, in the token unlock chart shared in your recent tweet, it looks like over 20% of tokens are unlocked at TGE — combining Initial Community Rewards and Initial Node Operators.

This seems inconsistent.

Could you clarify:

1. Does the 13.4% figure on GitHub only refer to "Initial Community Rewards"?
2. Are Node Operator tokens also considered circulating at TGE, or are they locked?
3. Are any of the unlocked tokens non-transferable at TGE (i.e. vesting, restricted, or contract-bound)?

We’re just trying to better understand how much of the supply will actually be in circulation at launch and what qualifies as "circulating" in your model.

Thanks for the report!

We made some changes to the initial airdrop allocation to include some launch partners.
The website has been updated to more accurately reflect the $TOWNS tokenomics.
