Update to work with Tox 4+?

I was looking for a means to record tox output (ideally detect/scoop output from all the tools run by tox - to upload to GitHub Actions artifacts for controls/audit purposes), but settling for whatever's in the console. I was hopeful with tox-report (to at least capture the console output), then realised I was using tox 4, which doesn't include hookimpl.

Any plans to update this for v4, or suggestions on any projects that are already trying to solve the 'collect audit information' need?
If not I'll probably have a crack at doing a plugin myself. Thanks!
