Id of Deleted Item / Event when an unselect item from dropdown

Issue summary

I want know delete item id / unique key of the elements in the List.

Requirement :
1.Selected Items are storing in List, similarly i want delete item from the list when user deleted item from drop down.
Description :
I have q requirement , I want store deleted item id.
Do we have any attribute/ Property like this.
