Assess RT 5 compatibility of RT::Extension::rt_cpan_org

Much of the custom code for rt.cpan.org lives in RT::Extension::rt_cpan_org. Currently running version is here, https://github.com/davel/rt-extension-rt_cpan_org/tree/bc3d0fe59e306a86b680c8379472847a1d110e0f

Does any work need to be done for this to work correctly with RT 5?
