Performance degradation with cursorcolumn in status buffer

When `cursorcolumn` is enabled after ~30 iterations of expanding file diffs (`=`) and staging files (`-`), basic cursor movements (up/down) become slow (2+ seconds).

Issue is buffer-specific and doesn't persist after closing fugitive buffer.
