horizontal :Git difftool -y

I see in the code that `vertical` is hardcoded. Generally it's better since that's how the lines align, but today I wanted to do a horizontal split, because I already had a vertical split in tmux and that was not the best experience either. Is there a reason this is hardcoded? Can I force a horizontal split somehow?
