A version for 26.2 NeoForge?

This, along with First-Model, 3D Skin Layers and Wavey Capes. Fabric seems to have support for these on 26.1.2, but not NeoForge.

I don't have a working NeoForge buildsystem for 26.1, that's why. So far only a handful of people asked over at EntityCulling (I think one on Github and 3 or so on Discord), so there just wasn't demand so far to spend the time to set it up. And with 26.2 releasing next week, I doubt NeoForge 26.1 will become a big thing (issue of no buildsytem persists tho). So for now it's a strong "eventually" till I have too much time on my hands or the demand is there to get it done.

Create will be updating to 26.1.2, but I do get what you're saying. The Vulkan graphics stack being incomplete and being changed last snapshot to not being the default has probably meant that the work to port to 26.2 won't be that much for the critical mods that people care about like Sodium, so 26.1.2 might not end up being an LTS version.

Main issue is that architectury-loom got afaik discontinued. With that I had one build system for all 3 mod loaders based on fabric loom, getting the forge/neoforge builds for free on the side. But with that gone, I have to actually setup whatever NeoForge uses, which is a bit of a pain in the ass with the mess that my gradle already is (supporting this many java version/mc versions/modloaders). Personally I am not muuuuuch of a fan of "LTS versions" and myself only play on the latest release, so not thinking much about that.
Fun fact, forge builds due to some compile issue have been gone in 1.21.11 already, and not a single soul noticed/asked. So that's something.

Neo Loom does exist as a reimplementation of Architectury Loom, but changing it from arch to neo is a non-trivial matter from what I do understand. It must suck for you that there's constantly people asking for your mods to be on new versions while you face technical hurdles you need to overcome due to stuff like this. I'm sincerely sorry if I annoyed you by opening the issue on your GitHub page.

Nono all good, I mean, these issues are exactly whats needed to track how many people are interested in this. 1.21.2-1.21.11 neoforge have been more or less dead, so it needs a bit of interest to spend an afternoon getting 26.1 working. Can't find NeoLoom, but https://github.com/isXander/modstitch might be an interesting alternative?

This is Neo-Loom btw: https://github.com/RelativityMC/neo-loom. Keep in mind I understand a lot of technical stuff but I myself cannot code lol, but yes Modstitch also does look interesting. Implemented, but now 26.2 is a huge painpoint. So just changing the title of the issue for now^^
