The banking API is currently evolving during work done on projects that use it, but we can anticipate the need for some initial functionality: - The need to create new users with their associated accounts. - The ability to add transactions to these accounts both during initial setup and on subsequent days (so the data remains fresh). - The ability to transfer money between a user's internal accounts, updating the balances and adding transactions to each account - Explore the ability to persist this data in a way that can then be updated manually by an admin
