chore: move GitHub Pages site to docs/ directory
Rename ghpages/ to docs/ for GitHub Pages compatibility. GitHub Pages can only serve from root, /docs, or gh-pages branch. Changes: - Move all HTML files to docs/ - Move CSS to docs/css/ - Rename site README to SITE_README.md to avoid confusion The docs/ directory now contains: - index.html and other site pages (GitHub Pages) - UXSCII_AGENT_GUIDE.md and UXSCII_SCHEMA_GUIDE.md (markdown docs) - SITE_README.md (site deployment info) - css/ (site styles) This enables GitHub Pages deployment from Settings > Pages > Source: /docs.
