✨ Feat: Add explanation about server information

Feature description

As a user, I had difficulty knowing what I should put under "Server Name" and "Server URL". It would be nice to have an explanation about this.

Possible solutions (doing one does not exclude the others):

• Add user documentation on community.tracim.fr
• Change the term "server" to something more easy to understand
  • Some options to "Server name":
    • This Tracim name
    • Nickname
    • Name
    • Alias
  • Some options to "Server URL":
    • This Tracim URL
    • Tracim URL
    • URL
    • This Tracim link / Tracim link / Link
    • This Tracim addresse / Tracim address
    • This Tracim site / Tracim site / Site
• Add an information icon (see "How it works")

How it works

On the label side of the server name/URL fields, add a clickable icon, example:

When clicked, it opens a popover mike react-native-popover-view (can be another library).

In this popup there will be an explanation of what is expected in this field.
