Thanks for reaching out. Can you please elaborate what is not working.

I just ran an installation using the provided script (although there is nothing special in there).

After doing that I had full access as scratch org admin to work on CMS.

When I set up in my scratch org, mu User User admin user did not have the right settings for creating and managing CMS Workspaces. Did you follow the manual instructions, or did you use the provided script?

I followed the instructions provided in the README :

Instead of steps 6 and 7, I tried (and succeeded) with :
sfdx force:source:push -f
