[FEAT] Add filters for checksec reports in the webview

Oftentimes users may batch upload files or upload entire directories. We should add the option to allow users to filter these reports based on different properties and their values. For example, prioritize reports that contain ELF files without the presence of a stack canary. These filters would likely need to be both boolean and "count" based, depending on the filtered property.
