[Feature Request] For the code marked as reviewed, also display it in the log (nSLOC).

Currently, it has been found that only by marking the entire file as reviewed will the log (nSLOC) be displayed. The steps are as follows:

1. weAudit: Mark File as Reviewed
2. weAudit: Show Daily Log

However, there is a lack of functionality for marking specific regions of code as reviewed:

1. weAudit: Mark Region as Reviewed
2. weAudit: Show Daily Log => error: Unable to display nSLOC.

I think this feature is very important! Because sometimes, the business logic of a feature spans across multiple contracts, which makes tracking nSLOC difficult!

Yes, agree and support this issue, some contracts may contain 1-2K lines and each day you may audit 300-500 lines, but these lines highlighted will not be added to log file until the whole file is highlighted.
