Resolving a finding/notes in a tree is impossible

Resolving a finding/note is impossible when viewing results in a tree instead of a list. Ideally, the buttons should be mirrored between the two views.

The previous PR attempt has not fixed the issue, which unfortunately does not have a trivial solution. Here is a summary of some discussion with @dariushoule around how to best solve this:

The current tree (per-file) view shows findings as location entries under path organizers. These location entries have delete buttons (to remove individual locations) but not resolve buttons. This is because resolve applies to the entire finding (all its locations), while delete operates on a single location. In the tree view, each item represents a single location, not the full finding.

Options considered:

• Add finding as a nesting level in tree view (PathOrganizer → Finding → Locations): Resolve button would work naturally on the finding level. Tradeoff: findings with locations in multiple files would appear duplicated under each file group.

• Allow resolving from location entries directly: Would resolve the entire parent finding. Tradeoff: user doesn't see all locations at once before resolving, and adds button noise since there are already many inline icons.

• Resolve from the sidebar details panel: Feels like a workaround and less intuitive.
