Get self-signed certs working in Browserstack

Currently there's a certificate error in Browserstack / Karma testing. HTTPS is required here, because `subtle.crypto` is only available on `window` in secure contexts. Firefox appears to be the only browser that actually exhibits that behavior, but it is [spec-compliant](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Crypto/subtle).
