[Help Wanted]: Setup with .kts build gradle files

What do you require assistance about?

Since with flutter 3.29 the android files being generated are .kts not groovy
hence need new setup guide for android

I just generated a fresh new hello-world app using flutter sdk 3.2.9.

I successfully set up the android/build.gradle.kts and updated the Setup Instructions to include steps for build.gradle.kts.
