Get_units plan of action

• Fix bugs in functionality
• Add tests for current view output
• Refactor code against tests
• Add SearchForm validation of requests
• Add configurable backend to perform query
• Update backend/UI to work without massive uid lists
• Optimize performance, eg: - denormalize suggestion count - sql optimization - select_relateds etc - caching total counts for large datasets
