I think when you create an issue it is not meant as a quick solution to the problem but to inform other people that there is a problem and then they can try to fix it in the future.
But you have to give better information and write a better title etc.
If you want to include the log include the text instead of an image.

You could try uninstalling Virtaal.
Remove the log file.
Install Virtaal.
Open Virtaal alone.
Close Virtaal.
Open a po file or other file in Virtaal.
Try different things and see what results it gives.

Try installing Virtaal in a folder that does not have space. Like C:\Virtaal\ and see if there is any difference.
Are both Windows 10 system running the same language?
See if you can find differences between the two system that could cause it to work on one but not the other.
