Alpine Base CouchDB Docker

Expected Behavior

OLE will deploy the Learning Platform and its CouchDB to some Raspberry Pi in remote area with limited to no internet connectivity.

Current Behavior

Current size of CouchDB docker image is 132MB, it would be great if we have CouchDB with alpine, which will shrink the size up to 25% of current size.

Possible Solution

There are some effort we can "steal" and make it work in our project. See:
