Add more validation to the pipeline page, start with the test regression computation as a reference point

• the user should be presented with dialog and direction when they click save and the computation isnt complete, give dialog next to/around the save button that 'fields are missing' and then around the missing field put 'required field', both in red
• fields that are required don't have a 'default' value, as that prefills the field
