Freesurfer regression #1962
Description
Run Freesurfer regression on new datasets and roi's. Please mention here which regression was finally used. Update the latest status here:
- If its an issue, then who is working on it and brief context of the issue.
2)Post when we get usable results after confirming with Vince.
Current status:
Anthony was able to run the Freesurfer regression on his dataset with with ROI's from volume and thickness measurements. He will perform FDR on them and check with Vince on the results.
