VBM pre-processing #1964
Description
Run VBM pre-processing on ~750 subjects that passed freesurfer QC using coinstac sim on the VACC cluster.
Current status:
Ross will show Anthony how to run this on the cluster. It will take a week to run this. The next step is to run VBM regression on the swc1*.nii from this.
