upload source distribution files to pypi?

Thanks a lot for this project!

I was looking to port to conda-forge which ideally prefers source distribution files (e.g. https://github.com/trevorprater/pymorton/archive/refs/tags/1.0.5.tar.gz).

The easiest way is most likely a github action but will require added secrets to the repo settings: https://github.com/geopandas/dask-geopandas/blob/main/.github/workflows/release.yml
