Release to Gradle Plugin Repo

The plugin is almost ready for its maiden release. Some things to consider first:

• Improve CI/CD Testing #14
• Add javadoc to GitHub page so that documentation is always up to date. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15347808/display-javadocs-on-github/15364790
