Buying Tez On The Umami Wallet (Issues Regarding Wert)

There is an issue with buying Tezos on the umami wallet, I am using the latest version 2.3.6; I am using linux and the distro is latest version of lubuntu. When I click buy Tezos I am getting an error that states: Purchase can’t be made
Restricted request. Widget cannot be opened. ---- I am from the United States, and I have also tried using a VPN before to see if it was restrictive access to location, but that's not the issue.

Is there any update on this issue?

Have you guys tried buying Tez from the Umami wallet? I think the issue is related between Umami and Wert, and not an issue on my end.
