Issue with Slider Control on Windows and Android

The Slider control is not functioning as expected on Windows and Android. Initially, when the thumb is pressed and dragged, it moves smoothly. However, after releasing the thumb and attempting to move it again, the slider becomes unresponsive. The thumb does not slide, and its position remains unchanged when dragged.

Additional Note:
Analysis indicates that the issue is related to the PanGesture not functioning as expected. After dragging the thumb to a position, releasing it, and pressing it again, the PanUpdated event is not triggered, causing the slider to become unresponsive.

A ticket was raised with Microsoft regarding this issue, but it was closed as a duplicate of an existing report. As of now, there is no available workaround or estimated fix timeline from Microsoft.
