Clarify functionality of reload command

When using `triton reload` in a proxy, it only reloads the config in the proxy and not in the server.
This is fine if changing translations, which are forwarded to the server, but not Triton's config in the server.

It should be clearer to the user what the command is doing and suggest what to do if the user wants to reload Triton on the server.
