Generate dependencies zip file on release

In case both my reposilite mirror and maven central are down (or blocked in certain regions), it should still be possible to get all the dependencies required by downloading a ZIP file from GitHub.

This ZIP file should be automatically generated given the dependencies Triton has declared and attached to each release.
