Remove CUDA FP64 fast divisions if they get integrated into CUDA.jl

#1128 introduced a device override for FP64 fast divisions on CUDA.
If/when JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl#3077 gets merged, we should remove this again from TrixiParticles.jl.

Okay, that was fast. JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl#3077 just got merged.

But we should probably wait for JuliaGPU/CUDA.jl#3096 and then for the next release of CUDA.jl.

see #1138 it might take a while since it also depends on #1134 so the new version of cuda.jl would force us basically to ode v7+

Otherwise someone needs to look into the dependencies between ODE and Cuda as well as there upstream components.

After scimlbase 3 is now the default. It also works with Cuda 6.1 now so this can be done now.
