Licensing clarification #230

Hello, I am currently working on packaging pipe-viewer for Debian and ran into some issues when documenting the licensing of pipe-viewer. According to the LICENSE file and modules like PipeViewer.pm, pipe-viewer appears to be licensed under the Artistic-2.0 license. However, according to other files like the README.md and modules like Channel.pm, pipe-viewer appears to be licensed under the Perl Artistic-1.0/GPL-1+ licenses. I was hoping that you could clarify the licensing for pipe-viewer, as this confusion causes issues when packaging for Debian due to their policy for documenting the licensing of packages. Thank you.
