One of the biggest challenges to using this tool will be syncing existing state, both state file and the dbt-config.yml. We need to think through how we will populate the state file (e.g. through tf import stanzas) along with populating the yaml spec file.
dbtcloud-terraforming does exist, but the entrypoint here really is "generate a state file for my entire account". There are a ton of IDs and relationships I want to "pull through" here.
