Use decent arrows in pagination like NextJS docs if possible with CSS only

Currently, the default Starlight arrows are used, but the NextJS docs use more decent arrows. I have to try to do that with CSS only because the philosophy of this plugin is to just add CSS without Starlight overrides. If this is not possible, I'm afraid, I'll rather leave the arrows as they currently are.
