External storage

The Fire TV devices are notorious for their lack of internal storage space and forcing apps to be installed on the internal storage unless specified that external storage is permitted within the manifest: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/fire-tv/specifying-installation-location.html

Please consider setting the android:installLocation="preferExternal" or "auto".  Thanks!
