[fix] Language selector does not blur on selection or blur when configured with more than 2 languages

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure language selector with 3 or more languages
2. Click to open language selector
3. Select another language -- menu will stay open
4. Click outside the menu on the page -- menu will stay open

Expected behavior
When selecting a language, or clicking outside the menu, the menu should close
