migrate the current scripts to a temporary HPC(compute cluster)

Currently, users can use (download) the listed scripts on/to their PC or private HPC, but this is not the goal. The goal is for all users (remote) to have a central HPC/compute cluster for the analysis.

Having Identified an available free/open/public HPC (Issue 1), move the listed scripts to this temporary cluster (HPC) for test/deployment.
