Feature: Built-in support for P2P applications

Building P2P applications is hard. Webrtc is the only available option for javascript developer but Webrtc has its on issues. 

Iroh https://github.com/n0-computer/iroh is a Rust framework for building any type of P2P applications. It would be great if andromeda can embed Iroh and provide javscript APIs for creating fast and reliable P2P applications.
